Sponsors get a reminder 3 days out, another 1 day out, and an overdue alert if they miss the deadline entirely.

You can't oversell a slot

Slot limits are enforced at checkout, so two sponsors can never buy the same placement.

Disputes come with booking context

SponsorCal records the dispute and attempts to email you the booking details, including the archive URL if one is already on file. Stripe runs the case.
